- Document all interactions using Zendesk while maintaining 95%+ accuracy in ticket resolution
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues
- Identify upsell opportunities during high-touch customer interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new product features
- Maintain 98% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in live chat or digital customer support
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written communication skills with neutral American English accent
- Ability to multitask across 3+ concurrent chat sessions
- Must reside within 30 miles of Fort Worth, TX
