Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic, multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) for Denver and Georgia clients
- Resolve complex inquiries with precision while maintaining brand voice standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate critical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and company policies
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or call center environment
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm MST)
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Experience working remotely or in hybrid settings
