Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for local businesses and residents
- Resolve billing inquiries, service issues, and product questions
- Update customer records in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-call resolution

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in local market
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
- Must pass background check and drug screening
