Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI capabilities targeted for the year 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and data scientists in researching and prototyping next-generation algorithms.
- Infrastructure Design: Architect high-performance, distributed systems capable of handling massive data workloads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure AI alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
- Innovation Promotion: Foster a culture of innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
