Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries regarding billing, account status, and service features
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call time, resolution rate)
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Adhere to compliance protocols and security guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with accuracy
- Comfortable working night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows, CRM systems)
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
