Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues through multiple communication channels
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including AHT, CSAT, and first-call resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer workflows
- Adhere to compliance protocols for sensitive customer information
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
