Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Explain products, services, and policies clearly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to type at least 30-40 WPM is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be reliable and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
