Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions regarding products and services, and provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex escalations and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all call center scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based platforms.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus during quiet hours.
