Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues to end-users.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and peripherals.
- Execute system updates, security patches, and perform routine hardware maintenance.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests with a focus on speed and resolution.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless IT operations during weekend shifts.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices and software configurations.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 30 lbs as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Associate degree or certification (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred.
