Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to internal and external clients during evening and weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently using standard tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all technical support tickets and case resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and workflow continuity.
- Conduct regular system health checks and perform minor maintenance tasks during low-traffic periods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures while working in the server room or remote environments.
- Document software bugs and escalate complex issues to senior management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for hardware setup and maintenance.
