Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries within 2-minute SLA
- Maintain 95%+ CSAT scores through empathetic and accurate solutions
- Utilize CRM systems to document interactions and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with tier-2 support for complex technical escalations
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and process improvements
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for sensitive customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in G-suite and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Available for 20-30 hours/week with evening/weekend flexibility
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic understanding of SaaS products (training provided)
