- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while keeping users updated on progress.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Document standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Android/iOS operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the Austin office.
