Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise clients during weekend shifts
- Resolve hardware/software issues with remote diagnostics
- Document service tickets using Salesforce CRM
- Coordinate with on-call engineers for complex escalations
- Conduct weekend system health checks
- Maintain inventory of replacement parts
- Train weekend staff on new protocols
- Generate weekly performance analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or customer service
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Experience with Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Proficient in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- New York State residency required
