Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Log all support tickets and resolutions into the ticketing system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff members.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT assets and peripherals.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk, Technical Support, or Customer Service.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of incoming requests.
