Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the technical vision and roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale distributed systems, microservices architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and tools, recommending solutions that enhance performance, security, and scalability.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards and architectural patterns to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and drive initiatives to optimize system performance and reduce latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior systems architecture or technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and devise innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to delivery.
