Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or variational algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Demonstrated experience securing federal research grants
- Expertise in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Fluency in Python, C++, and cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
