- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions properly.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, call scripts, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening.
