- Handle multiple concurrent chat interactions while maintaining quality standards
- Document interactions and update CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and support techniques
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and proprietary information
- Contribute to team performance metrics and quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or digital support roles
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume chat environments
- Proficient in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Flexible availability to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM MST)
