Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer information in our CRM database.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service role is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home office.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional tone.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
