Responsibilities
- Architect and define the long-term technological roadmap for the '2026 Vision' project, aligning business goals with technical feasibility.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including advanced AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and decentralized systems.
- Oversee the design of scalable microservices architecture capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, and UX—to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical specifications.
- Identify potential risks in long-term tech trends and propose mitigation strategies.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in System Architecture, Software Engineering, or Strategic Tech Planning.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and future tech trends.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, future-forward environments.
