Job Description
Join Nexus Horizon, a pioneer in autonomous intelligence, as we define the future of human-machine collaboration. In 2026, we are moving beyond simple chatbots to build autonomous AI agents that can plan, execute, and optimize complex workflows independently.
As a Senior AI Agentic Systems Architect, you will lead the technical strategy for our next-generation agent infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and robust, scalable software engineering practices. If you are passionate about building systems that think and act, this is your opportunity to shape the industry standard.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agent Workflows: Design and implement the core orchestration layer that allows multi-agent systems to collaborate effectively on complex tasks.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Fine-tune and optimize models for specific domains, ensuring high accuracy and low latency in real-time decision-making environments.
- Build Safety & Alignment: Develop guardrails and safety protocols to ensure autonomous agents operate ethically and adhere to strict compliance standards.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Engineer high-throughput, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling millions of agent interactions daily.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of ML engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Software Engineering, or Product Development, with at least 2 years focusing on LLMs or Agentic AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
