We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to define the infrastructure and strategy for our 2026 product roadmap. In this role, you will lead a high-impact team in designing, deploying, and optimizing large-scale AI models that will power our enterprise solutions. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for AI infrastructure initiatives targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) on scalable cloud environments.
- Optimize data pipelines to ensure high availability and low latency for real-time AI inference.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and automated testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on AI/ML services.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
