Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research) to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale across distributed cloud environments.
- Conduct deep research into emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline, including generative AI and edge computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.
- Present technical strategies and architectural designs to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, machine learning engineering, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms, neural network architectures, and NLP.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
