Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning research goals with production deployment.
- Design scalable MLOps pipelines to handle large-scale training and fine-tuning of LLMs.
- Lead a team of ML engineers in optimizing inference latency and model efficiency.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI model deployments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience designing distributed systems for high-throughput data processing.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and prompt engineering techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
