Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with data science teams to optimize model training workflows and reduce latency.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models to ensure rapid, reliable deployment.
- Monitor system performance and implement auto-scaling strategies to handle fluctuating workloads.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related ML frameworks.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
