Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging AI trends and define a multi-year technical and business roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems, ensuring they remain robust and adaptable through 2026 and the subsequent decade.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-stakes investments.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance culture within the innovation lab, mentoring junior strategists and engineers.
- Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential ethical, security, and regulatory hurdles associated with advanced AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI strategy, data science, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term strategies (5+ year horizons) that have resulted in measurable business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
