Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making for complex machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, legal teams, and urban planners to integrate AI solutions into real-world infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI division.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Quantum AI) and assess their viability for the 2026 timeline.
- Oversee performance optimization and security protocols for large-scale data deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
