Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of our 2026 product vision, specifically integrating advanced AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies that will provide a competitive advantage in the global market.
- Oversee the feasibility studies for high-impact technical projects and secure buy-in from executive stakeholders.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, ethics, and data security within our architecture framework.
- Manage a portfolio of technical initiatives, ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product strategy with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term product roadmaps (e.g., 3-5 year horizons).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
