Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align technical capabilities with long-term business objectives, specifically focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Technical Vision: Architect scalable systems and propose innovative solutions that leverage AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal R&D initiatives and hackathons to foster a culture of experimentation and breakthrough discovery.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent, building a high-performing team capable of executing the 2026 vision.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technology initiatives that drive revenue and efficiency.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or an MBA with a technical focus.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on market data.
