Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Design and implement robust distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, product managers, and UX designers.
- Establish coding standards, review technical designs, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies and DevOps best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning infrastructure and data pipeline architecture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
