Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns technological capabilities with long-term business goals and societal trends.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor high-performing teams across Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure cohesive execution of future projects.
- R&D Oversight: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to determine their potential integration into our core ecosystem.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into future market demands to anticipate regulatory changes and competitive shifts.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex future scenarios to C-level executives and investors with clarity and persuasive data.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the transition from current infrastructure to scalable, future-proof systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles.
