Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Executive-strategic advising on emerging technology adoption and market disruption preparedness
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and future-state whitepapers
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Architect annual innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide future-ready mindset
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and risk assessment capabilities
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder influence skills
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
