Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level stakeholder management and influence
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
