Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops on future readiness and adaptation strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human intuition for enhanced predictions
- Advose on regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or sustainable technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight software platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
