Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Radar, identifying emerging threats and opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future disruptions
- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating complex scenarios into business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
