Your Mission
You will be responsible for translating long-term strategic goals into actionable technical blueprints. Your work will directly influence the roadmap for 2026, focusing on scalable AI systems, quantum computing integration, and advanced predictive analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to architect the technological vision for the next three years, specifically focusing on Generative AI and predictive systems.
- Prototype Next-Gen Models: Build and iterate on proof-of-concept AI architectures that push the boundaries of current processing capabilities.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies, such as Neuromorphic Computing, into our core product ecosystem.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for algorithmic bias, transparency, and safety in autonomous systems.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree: PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior AI architecture roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with Quantum Computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating high-level strategic vision into executable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve novel engineering challenges in ambiguous environments.
