As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in technology, sustainability, and human behavior. Our Austin-based hub offers a dynamic environment where your expertise directly influences billion-dollar decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop quantitative and qualitative frameworks for trend forecasting and scenario modeling
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings and visualizations of future-state possibilities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging paradigms
- Advise leadership on long-term resilience and innovation portfolio optimization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field (Master's required, PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities using tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops and influencing organizational strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state projects with measurable impact
