Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business strategies
- Author high-impact research reports and thought leadership for industry publications
- Partner with product teams to embed future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Mentor junior analysts in futurist methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting methodologies
- Proficiency with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
- Published research in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience designing foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
