Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term foresight frameworks scanning 2026+ technology, societal, and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact strategic briefs for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design and facilitate immersive future-state workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and risk analysis
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks guiding responsible technological development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in fast-growth tech environments
