Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scanning framework
- Lead scenario planning for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into corporate strategy

- Manage global network of futurist researchers and trend analysts
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen product development
- Author thought leadership publications for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption modeling
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published author in futurism or technology strategy publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
