Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend mapping
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market opportunities
- Produce quarterly disruption reports identifying paradigm shifts and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen products aligned with future human needs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation practices in all strategic planning processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
