Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight framework using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and disruptive forces affecting our industry
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Design scenario-planning models to test organizational resilience against future uncertainties
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for horizon scanning
- Mentor junior analysts in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, SWOT-PESTLE analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
