Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026-2030 industry transformations
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions using AI, quantum computing, and bio-convergence
- Build and manage a network of domain experts across academia, startups, and policy institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, sustainable tech adoption, neuro-ergonomics, or climate-tech
- Exceptional storytelling ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative social science
- Portfolio demonstrating published forecasts that materialized within 3-year accuracy
