Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive future foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and thought leaders to pioneer research initiatives
- Design and implement agile innovation pipelines to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven insights
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers to cultivate cutting-edge expertise
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar institution) preferred
