Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market readiness for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating future technologies into corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce foresight reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build relationships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
- Advolve R&D teams on future-proof technology investments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
