Responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic, performance, and security alerts via specialized NOC tools.
- Execute Tier 3 troubleshooting and resolution for complex network outages.
- Manage weekend shift rotations, ensuring seamless coverage during critical hours.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and incident logs.
- Collaborate with system administrators and engineering teams to implement patches and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a NOC or network operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
- Experience with Linux/Unix command line and scripting (Bash/Python).
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays in a high-pressure environment.
