Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues that hinder performance.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a holistic SEO strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on high-volume keywords and conversion optimization.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to optimize existing assets and guide the creation of new, search-engine-friendly content that drives engagement.
- Link Building: Spearhead a white-hat link-building campaign to establish domain authority and improve backlink profiles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of algorithm updates and market shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML sitemaps; experience with technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other data visualization tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
