Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications during weekend sprints.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high code quality and system stability.
- Migrate legacy systems to modern cloud architectures during non-peak hours.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery.
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for the support team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a weekend shift environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
