Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Technical Architect to lead the technical strategy for NexaCore Innovations, specifically focusing on building scalable, future-proof architectures for the year 2026 and beyond. You will be responsible for designing the core infrastructure that powers our next generation of AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, ensuring our systems are resilient, secure, and ready for the demands of the future web.
Responsibilities
- Architect High-Availability Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems architecture to support high-traffic applications.
- Lead Technical Roadmaps: Define the technical vision and strategy for the company's transition into 2026-ready technologies, including cloud migration and edge computing.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers and mid-level developers to uphold engineering excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR) across all infrastructure.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and architect solutions to improve latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust and deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design fault-tolerant systems capable of handling millions of requests.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
