Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for stadium connectivity and data infrastructure deployment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Operations) across three countries to ensure alignment on the 2026 timeline.
- Manage risk assessments and crisis protocols for high-profile venue technology systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical roadmaps, ensuring all deliverables meet FIFA compliance standards.
- Facilitate communication between vendors, government bodies, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical blockers.
- Oversee the implementation of AI-driven fan engagement platforms and real-time analytics systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience managing large-scale technical projects or major events (e.g., Olympics, Super Bowl, World Cup).
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with 5G deployment, Wi-Fi 6 infrastructure, and enterprise networking solutions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex vendor relationships.
